About

Steven graduated in 2016 with a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences. Before this, he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training. In his career he has had the opportunity to work with Collegiate Athletes, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Chiropractic Doctors, and the Industrial setting. He decided to start this company so that he can make a difference in people lives and their families. Steven has a passion for understanding movement and how it relates to a persons life; whether it be weightlifting, throwing a ball, or simply spending time with family. He understands the complex nature of how the body works and how to create a rehabilitation and training program specific to whatever the clients goals might be. 

When he is not working, you can find him spending time with his wife and family, practicing his Olympic Lifts, and swimming. He also enjoys snowboarding, traveling, biking, waterpolo, hockey, and playing with his dog. 

He has also competed at elite levels receiving a full ride scholarship to the University of the Pacific to play Division 1 Waterpolo. He has also received his black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has competed at the junior olympic level placing 1st in his division. 

What are you passionate about professionally?
I created this company in order to follow my true passion for helping people become better versions of themselves by being healthy, motivated, and finding true happiness with oneself.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Stockton, CA. I have moved to other parts of the country but always find myself being pulled back to beautiful state of California.

What could you not live without?
I could not live with out my loving and supportive wife. She has stuck by me and has given me a tremendous amount of support through this process. I am eternally grateful for her strength and love. I could definitely not live with out her. On a side note weight lifting would be next, I love to Exercise and focus on being the best version of myself.

How do you want to be remembered?
As a person who strived to be a positive change in the world and help others be part of this change.
